He has been a successful distributor and has owned and operated two Network Marketing companies that have generated over $100 Million in sales. Both of those companies are still in business today. Building organizations around the world, Rick has spoken and trained in front of over one hundred thousand people. He loves to help people achieve a level of success they never thought possible. As President/CEO of I2G, Rick brings a tremendous amount of both Domestic and International experience in the network marketing and general business arena. As a former top earner in the field, he has a great perspective on what is needed to be successful and from the corporate side he has a proven track record that is second to none.

Doyce has been an entrepreneur his entire life. He started his first jewelry store 42 years ago and expanded it to 6 stores at its peak. He has also been a successful restaurant owner for the past 14 years. Doyce has managed all aspects of both businesses and has proven time again that he knows how to create success. He was introduced to Network Marketing in 1988 and has been passionate about it ever since. During his career he has been involved in both management as well as a top distributor. He became the $1,000,000 per year earner in his very first company and was recognized this past November as one of only 13 Million Dollar earners in a DSA Global top 100 company. Doyce is passionate about helping people worldwide and has built organizations in over 15 countries. He will be helping the teams at I2G experience the success they deserve by leading from the front and blazing a path for others to follow.
Vice President Operations
Angela draws on her background of designing benefit and compensation programs, as well as 19 years of corporate experience in Network Marketing. Her experience ranges from developing software to managing inventory, from data entry to customer service. Angela’s top priorities on a daily basis are serving associates and clients and ensuring that the commissions go out on time. She has served as Director of Operations for several International Network Marketing companies and has simultaneously overseen all operations and staff in multiple countries around the world.
Robb, an accountant by trade, has been involved on the corporate side of several successful MLM companies. He has the experience of managing payments at all levels of the company. His knowledge of both domestic and international business coupled with his experience in dealing with banks and banking matters worldwide make him a valuable asset to this team.
Andy Aiyer's career focus is on the Enterprise Architecture, Information Architecture and Business Intelligence worker fields. He has been involved in the design and deliver of Enterprise information Management solutions implemented on the Microsoft Platform for nearly 20 years.
Andy Aiyer has been in the Information Technology industry since 1994 and has been accredited as a Microsoft Certified Professional since 1998, holding certifications as a Microsoft Certified System Engineer, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer. More recently Andy has served many companies in a technical advisory position leading and directing teams towards establishing good IT practice and delivery models.
